A Family

Christ Glory Family is a Spirit-filled global ministry whose divine mandate — empowered by the Holy Ghost — is to go around the world with the news of God's saving power and eternal plan for mankind. Based at Harare, Zimbabwe and now touching different nations of the earth, we carry the light of His glory to the nations.

We are dedicated to building up believers' faith in God's Word and developing their walk with Christ, so they can live the victorious life God promised. From winning souls to discipling and sending them into the field — we are mobilising the body of Christ for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Scope

This policy applies to all members of Christ Glory Family staff, volunteers, leaders, and ministry workers — in Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom, and any location where our ministry operates.

Principles

  • The welfare of children and vulnerable adults is paramount.
  • All children and vulnerable adults, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, or background, have the right to protection from harm and abuse.

Responsibilities

All ministry leaders and workers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining appropriate physical and relational boundaries at all times.

Recruitment & Vetting

All workers and volunteers in children's and youth ministry are required to undergo appropriate background checks, including DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks for UK-based workers, prior to working with children or vulnerable adults.
